Comic con is this weekend, the new year of scouts starts tomorrow and my ralsei cosplay is coming together so well!!! I think I have reason to be genuinely optimistic this year about connecting with people in a way that lasts longer than the weekend. Also,, I've been VERY inspired by The Buggles but Trevor Horn specifically, I want to make music like him!! I got FL studio now but I'm still at square one, I'll post updates for how that goes.

Yeah school has been tolerable but idk I still feel like I'm confined to everybody's peripheral vision,, even in the online communities I'm in I've felt like an interloper lately, idk why. (image is relevant I think, I've been dealing w that)

OK it's not WORST case scenario but like still take me back to summer bro now I have less free time,, but my classes are actually above average (teachers and students wise) I'd say so I'll take it!!!

Soooo I guess like summer 2026 is officially over for me,, reflecting back on it I think it’s gonna be remembered as the best one so far, for a lot of reasons, but I think none more than my friends. Is it weird I already miss it even if it isn’t technically over?

My Taski Maiden plushie is coming!! I'm so excited I made my discord profile taski over seth,, and I replayed all of Dream BBQ and rewatched all 4 episodes of ENA!!!

So basically like in a week or two is my city's comic-con! I'm very excited, I love going to conventions year-round, I even have my best cosplay ever that I'm finishing up of Ralsei from deltarune,, I will post pictures on instagram when I have it,, but that's not the point,. Basicalllly, everytime I go to a convention I always meet like SUPER cool people that i mesh with, who like the same things and they're so cool and creativee, but after a few hours I leave and never see theme again, and its like BRO its actually so sad i don't actually have any IRLs, all my real friends are online, and it's getting incredibly lonely. Last year I told myself I need to make friends before halloween, and blew right through that deadline,, and still haven't made it. Maybe this year will be different?? I did go in regular clothes last year like a DUMBASS and the cons ive gon to since in cosplay were in another city, but idk I don't wanna get my hopes up.

Brah hate to start things off with a bummer but the president of the united states signing an executive order to rename MY lake ontario "lake america" is literallly the most childish thing ever, I could get more political but I want to keep things light,, so YOU CANT JUST DECIDE A SHARED LAKE HAS A NEW NAME WITHOUT ASKING THE PERSON YOU SHARE IT WITH!!!!
